Journal du jour. Thème: l'hiver: A French Daily Journal that is winter-themed and has 25 pages. I recommend it for grades 2 to 4. It is printable and great for your literacy centres. I like to project the journal topic on the white board and have students write in their notebooks. Saves paper!
